I go there for all my watch battery and watch straps needs and I've gotten some fabulous watches there as well. They are awesome!

I’ve driven by here a bazillion times but first time visiting. I have an old well loved Casio Gshock that I wear everyday. Time for a battery after 5+ years. I wear this watch 24x7 - sleeping showering swimming etc. I need a waterproof watch. I have had a very bad experience with one of those mall watch stands (the watch was not waterproof after they changed the battery). Anyway the gentleman at the counter and the watch repairman took the utmost care to make sure my dear Gshock remained waterproof after the battery was replaced. I have a pretty expensive watch but this old Gshock has been around the world and is like an old friend to me. Chicago Clock gets a resounding YES from me. Wonderful place.

Overall great experience. Brought my Gucci watch in there today for repair (was told by watch dealer at Oak Brook mall it was not the battery). Pleasantly surprised that all it needed was a battery. Also provided great support in replacing the band. Highly recommend!

Fantastic people and services. Was in a pinch when my pin in my favorite watch band broke. 5 mins fixed on the spot. They also do batteries alot cheaper than I was paying for before.Highly recommend this great place.
